Our 5th–7th Grade Practice Squad is perfect for players who want to grow their volleyball skills without the commitment of travel competition. Athletes will work on core fundamentals — serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive movement — while learning the flow and strategy of the game through drills and scrimmages. This program builds confidence, game knowledge, and love for volleyball in a fun, supportive setting.
