Intermediate/Advanced Players
These focused sessions allow athletes to receive more individualized coaching and position-specific training.
⁃ $35/player
Defense / 4-5pm
Improve digging, reading hitters, platform control, and defensive movement.
Setting/ 5-6pm
Work on hand positioning, tempo, decision-making, and running an offense.
Hitting/ 6-7pm
Focus on approach mechanics, arm swing, and attacking with power and control.
Tuesday, March 24th/ Beginner level @ 4-5pm
Developmental Skills

Players will focus on building strong fundamentals and developing a solid volleyball foundation. This clinic will be high-energy, supportive, and fun, with a big emphasis on learning proper technique and growing a love for the game!
Intermediate/ Tuesday, March 24th 5-6pm
Skill development + game play!
⁃ Passing, Serving and Gameplay
Players will work on refining their technique, improving consistency, and increasing game awareness through fast-paced drills and competitive gameplay. Expect lots of reps and a fun competitive environment!
Advanced/ Tuesday, March 24th 6-7pm

Designed for experienced players looking to push their level of play. This clinic will include high-intensity drills, advanced skill work, and competitive gameplay to challenge players and elevate their performance.
Dates: February 9th, 2026- April 1st, 2026
Schedule: Mondays 5:30-7:00pm; Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm

Our 7th–9th Grade Practice Squad focuses on refining technique and deepening game understanding for players looking to stay active and improve their skills without the commitment of a travel team. Training sessions emphasize advanced fundamentals, court awareness, and gameplay strategy through guided drills and competitive play. A great opportunity to prepare for school or club tryouts while enjoying the game in a positive, team-oriented environment.
TuoCo Elite Adult Volleyball plays on Sunday evening from 6-8pm at the freedom facility 19500 Nugget Blvd Sonora Ca. 95370. The monthly pass is $40.00 per month for monthly, unlimited, Sunday night adult volleyball. The beginning of each month you will need to purchase a new monthly pass. OR, pay per session at $10.00 per session

$700 per team (covers full 8-week season)
16 games with 8–9 players is about $10–$12 per person per night
One payment per team
Registration is not complete until roster is submitted
Rules: 6v6 indoor; Minimum 2 women on the court at all times; Net height 7’4”
Match Format: 2 sets to 25 (win by 2, cap at 27); If tied 1-1, 3rd set to 15 (win by 2, cap at 17); Rally scoring
Substitutions: No libero; Open substitution, but players must maintain serving order; Subs enter in rotational order (no random position switching mid-rally)
Gameplay Standards: Legal contact only (no lifts, carries, or prolonged contact); Clean doubles called at discretion of official; Foot faults, net violations, and centerline rules enforced; 10-minute grace period before forfeit
Captain Responsibility
The registering individual is designated as the Team Captain and is responsible for:
Collecting individual player payments
Submitting accurate roster information
Communicating league updates to team members
Ensuring players follow league rules and conduct policies

Ages 7-11 with participate in a 6 week clinic. Giving your young athlete the basic skills and fundamentals of volleyball. They will play fun games creating muscle memory for volleyball skills and learn basic terminology of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment.
